National Grid and RISE Engineering were recognized at the September 26th Board meeting of the Providence Housing Authority. National Grid is investing over $2.4 million in comprehensive mechanical room improvements for the PHA, and RISE has overseen the specification and construction of the work. PHA estimates that over $378K in avoided annual energy costs are being realized, providing resources to help meet other pressing PHA needs. Thanks to Executive Director Melissa Sanzaro and the Facilities staff at PHA for the award and their kind words - we look forward to continued efforts together!
A pioneer in the delivery of turnkey energy-efficiency services, RISE works with utilities and other energy program sponsors to offer energy users comprehensive efficiency services that reduce their environmental footprint and operating expenses.
