Town of Barnstable, Mass. (CLC)

LED lighting and controls, EMS and hydraulic controls, VFDs, motor upgrades, demand control ventilation, building weatherization and insulation in school, town hall, library, police department, and other municiple facilities.

City of Cranston, R.I. (National Grid)

Comprehensive lighting upgrades, fixtures and controls for municipal buildings, most recently including the conversion of exterior lighting at all Cranston elementary school buildings to LED luminaires.

Town of Hopkinton, Mass. (Eversource)

Lighting and controls, EMS and vending miser controls, exhaust fan controls, demand control ventilation and VFD retrofits in Fire, Police, Public Works, school, senior center and town hall buildings.

Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, Deer Island Wastewater Treatment Plant – Boston, Mass. (Eversource)

Adhered to hazardous-site safety protocols and utilized intrinsically safe equipment to install explosion-proof LED lighting upgrades with photocell sensors in catwalk areas above sewage digesters. Also installed LED lighting upgrades with integral lighting occupancy controls in stairwells and landings.

 

City of Newton, Mass. (Eversource Electric, National Grid Gas)

Lighting and controls, HVAC equipment and controls, boilers, steam trap repairs, double check valves, refrigerator replacement, vending miser controls, and building envelope improvements in various facilities, including school, library, community center, senior center, town hall, Police and Public Works buildings. 

Town of Plymouth, Mass. (Eversource)

School projects: lighting and controls, demand control ventilation and destratification fans, VFDs, boiler controls, electric/propane-to-natural-gas conversions, rooftop heat-pump units with energy-recovery ventilation and controls, and installation of a diesel-fired generator. Also installed building envelope improvements in the youth center. 

University of Massachusetts-Amherst (DCAMM)

Extensive wireless digital lighting controls system for more than 9,000 fixtures in the 25-story Dubois Library. Other measures installed on campus include building management controls, variable frequency drives, HVAC and air-handling modifications and controls, and chilled water controls.  

New York State Thruway Authority (National Grid)

Comprehensive lighting fixtures and controls upgrades at multiple sites along the New York State Thruway, including offices, garage and maintenance facilities, parking lots, highway interchanges and heavy-use,  toll plazas.
